It’s a struggle to find out about things you might need; and get them when you need them. Furniture becomes ‘equipment’ - toys become ‘aids’. The buying experience is totally different – you can’t simply go and browse round a shop as you do with most other items you need.
From the first phone call we work to fit in with you. First we’ll have a chat with you or your therapist about what you need. Then one of our Product Advisors will bring the most suitable products to show you. Our experienced Product Advisor will work with you and your therapist to assess suitability for your child.
We can see you at home, school or other venue to suit you, your child and your therapist.

If your local team needs to brush up on some product knowledge, or you want to arrange for several parents to come in and see a particular group of products (i.e. bathing or car seats) – just give us a call. We’ll fit you into our Product Day programme.
If you would like to bring a group to our showroom and factory, for a meeting, training or to see our Kids’ area, with a little notice we can arrange speakers and refreshments.
